Just-in-time Production for High Winter Sales
At the end of September, a major hypermarket chain had used feedback from initial sales results to determine the specific colors and styles to be promoted for the high Winter sales.
Quantities and prices of the items selected were clear but had to be on the shelves within a tight time frame.
Agenda Clothing produced and delivered the merchandise according to specifications and on time.

Product collection for a national hypermarket chain
One of Spain's largest hypermarket chains commissioned us with developement of an entire product collection. We initially submitted 20 collections of 6 garments each. These included families of garments (skirts, pants, blouses, etc.) that shared colors and fabrics. The client was presented with a book of photographs and sample garments.
The client chose 11 collections, but requested several modifications at the fabric stage as well as to patterns. At this time we were able to provide the client with initial prices. Based on all this information, we produced new samples with the chosen fabrics and a final catalog detailing the collections.
The client selected the final 6 collections for production. After determining quantities and delivery requirements, the definitive price was established, and the order was placed. Production was started and the garments were delivered on time and correctly packaged and labeled to each of the client's retail spaces.

Product collection for a boutique chain

In the month of October, a chain of 12 boutiques that habitually produces its own garments was buying collections for the following summer season.
Agenda Clothing was already aware of what would be selling the following year, based on feedback we receive from diverse sources, so we made specific fabric suggestions.
The client selected the fabric qualities and requested some added values, adding stripes to one fabric and artwork to another. This involved a change in raw materials used in fabric composition. Working together with the client, colors and styles were also chosen.
Finally, Agenda provided specific pricing on the final fabrics, detailing, quantity and delivery requirements. The order was placed and the garments were produced and delivered, according to plan and on time.

Hypermarket label and hand-tag requirements
We processed an order for a major hypermarket chain that had several specific labelling requirements for an end-of-season sale.
These garments required the the following lables:
- Fabric labels
- Main labels
- Size labels
- Wash-care labels
- Company labels
- Interior bar-code labels
We produced these labels and attached them to the garments.
The following hand-tags were also attached:
- Brand hand tags
- Sale price hand tags
- Aged item hand tags, explaining how the fabric might behave over time.
The garments were then shipped by hanging container from the country of origin to our warehouse, where they were sorted into set bags by size, ratio and color. Finally, delivery was made to the chain's central distribution center.

School uniforms distributed by an NGO in India
An NGO ordered 1500 school uniforms – skirt, jacket, shirt, tie, bag and cap – for little girls in diverse villiages of India. Each uniform was made to order for each girl.
Each uniform item was individually poly-wrapped and placed into a set bag. The set bag carried a sticker with the girl's name and size, as well as the name of the villiage and school.
All packages were then sorted by age-group and villiage, then packed into boxes, which in turn were marked by villiage and school. Finally, all the uniforms were shipped to India, where the logistics of distribution were greatly simplified by the packaging scheme implemented by Agenda Clothing.
